Drawing from my military service in the US Army, I began my fitness journey at Fort Drum, NY, where I developed a passion for fitness that led to certifications and promotion to Sergeant. At Yongsan, Korea, I focused on tactical physical fitness and combatives, creating a program that combined Physical Readiness Training (PRT) with Tactical Combatives for my unit. At Fort Polk, LA, I became the lead combatives instructor, recognized as an authority on tactical fitness.

After my military service, I earned a Master's degree in Sports and Health Sciences with a concentration in Exercise Science. Today, I am a Certified Personal Trainer with specializations in Tactical Conditioning, Strength and Conditioning, and Stretching and Flexibility through the ISSA and NASM. I am committed to transforming lives through that emphasizes physical, mental, and tactical preparedness, leveraging my military experiences in training Soldiers to deliver exceptional fitness guidance.
