Our training schedule incorporates tactical fitness routines, including high-intensity interval training (HIIT), as many reps as possible (AMRAP), every minute on the minute (EMOM), and muscle failure workouts. However, we understand that everyone is different, and you won't be thrown into these routines immediately. All programs you will choose from are outcome-driven. And depending on the program you signed up for as per our discussion from your game plan session, there will be a mixture of proven training styles used by US Militaries and Nutritional Periodization. You will learn tactical fitness for fat loss, strength and conditioning, and remedial. The first weeks will always consist of balance training and strength conditioning (endurance, flexibility, proprioception, mobility, and speed); periodization training; and holistic health fitness. The weeks after that will be according the program and to your goals.
A check-in is a chance for both of us to see how far along you have made in your program. Also, you may ask questions on how to reach your desired goal faster by providing details on your weekly routine, and if there is a routine you don’t know how to do correctly. This Q&A session is ultimately your chance to ask questions about your program and what suggestions I may have for you.
If you have someone you would like to refer to the program, he/she will join at a discounted rate for the first month's subscription. And if they are successful in signing up, you will receive 10% commission of the program cost that they sign up for.If you have someone you would like to refer to purchase supplements at my supplement store, you will receive 15% commission of the total value of the cart.
This is a training program intended for individuals not looking to gain muscle, but has a goal to be healthy with a training schedule 2-3 times a week. This program is based on nutritional periodization and a holistic approach to losing weight.

This program consists of 2 workouts in the morning and 2 workouts in the evening and is tailored with the method of planning out your diet, on a macro level, ensuring you have phases of training dedicated to each outcome needed to facilitate long-term success. To help you condition your body we will begin with general conditioning. Once your body has adapted to the intensity we'll transition to the phase of converting fat to muscle. You will also have guided recovery techniques during your rest days and the deload phase. Each phases of training is designed to transform your fats into muscle. Do not confuse this program to a weight loss program (you will NOT lose weight because this isn't a weight loss program), but a fat loss program. You will either gain or maintain weight since muscle is heavier than fat. When your fats turn to muscle you will feel stronger, energetic, agile, and healthier, while with weight loss you will not gain strength but only healthier. This is my most comprehensive program available where we work together to help you reach your physique goals in the fastest possible time frame by building your body by adding value to be like temples that they are. Why this program is called the advanced transformation program is because it utilizes a combined approach of holistic health, tactical fitness, and periodization. This is program is only for people who do not want a personalized fitness experience and just want to utilize the platform on what exercises are available for them from a workout library. Also this program limits how we work together to help you reach your fitness goals because it is a downgrade to all the above programs. This program does not include time frame specificity on reaching your targeted outcome, and no meal plan but you can still receive nutritional advice via the in-app chat (except chat support is limited to only what this program offers you). You will have access to a workout library and access to log your meals. Only you choose what to work on and we'll add it to your schedule.

I began my fitness career when I was a Soldier in the US Army. I was stationed at Fort Drum, NY when my supervisor appointed me to instruct physical training for the week. Ever since then while I was in service, I enjoyed being an instructor and strived for certifications to gain credentials so I can officially instruct as a Sergeant. When I was stationed in Yongsan, Korea, I gained another interest in tactical combatives and tactical physical fitness training. I also achieved two certifications in combatives with the emphasis of Jujitsu from the Modern Army Combatives Program (MACP). I used my expertise to design tactical fitness training to my unit by utilizing PRT (Physical Readiness Training) and Tactical Combatives exercises into one program for whenever I was appointed to instruct. In my last duty station at Fort Polk, LA, I became the subject matter expert for tactical fitness. Now that I am a veteran, I took up a masters degree in sports and health sciences with the emphasis on exercise science. I gained a certification as a certified personal trainer (CPT) with specializations in tactical conditioning (TCS) and strength and conditioning (SCC) from the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) and corrective exercise specialist (CES) with specializations in stretching and flexibility (SFC) and virtual coaching (VCS) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). It does not stop there, I am currently studying to be a certified athletic trainer from the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA). Never stop learning.

Does the program guarantee results?
You will have all the resources available to you as we support you to your targeted outcome that is needed to transform your body, mind, and lifestyle. We can't eat and lift the weight for you, so the results will depend on your ability to commit and implement instructions, your ability and willingness to train hard by following each training day without skipping a workout routine, and your ability to ask for help when a day feels too challenging.
Which program duration do you recommend should I sign up for optimal results?
As long as it takes to take you from where you are to where you want to be. On average, clients start seeing results in their first 3 weeks into their program. 2 things to keep in mind are commitment and consistency. The more commitment you demonstrate in adhering to your schedule and the advice given to you, the faster you will see results. It is recommended that you sign-up for either a 3-month or a 6-month plan for optimal results, but regardless which plan you avail, everything is still dependent on your commitment and consistency. You can't eat unhealthy, skip a day or an entire week and expect to achieve the same results as the someone who follows the routine, meal plan, and communicates about how they are doing along the way. The programs are personalized to you (your body type, limitations, your diet, and your specific outcome). I am here to help you achieve your goals and I do this with 24/7 accountability from the app. I can see which days you skip, daily activity, and if you are doing your best effort. If you have a specific goal, dream, and time-frame you want to achieve it, I will do everything in my power to help you achieve that. We will work together on your struggles and answer any questions you have during the program. Utilizing progress check-ins is encouraged so you do not miss out on important details about your training routine.
What if I can't afford the program?
You tell me what you can afford, and I can downgrade the program by removing features you may not need. You can upgrade anytime if you feel you need additional features in your program. There are different lengths of term: weekly, monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month packages. You will be required to put a deposit down for whichever program you are a good fit for so you can have one foot in the door and so I can set-up your account. Infinite Division is also partnered with 3rd-party financing services that can help you pay the full amount of a program into monthly/weekly installments by Affirm, Afterpay and Zip. You can choose whichever one will provide you the best installment rate. Once approved, the soonest you can start is 1-2 days after your payment has been processed.
What if I am not approved for financing in installment services?
The best option you can consider is the monthly subscription where we set your due date to be paid out on your payday. Or if it is not your preference, the second best thing you can qualify for is the App-only program. In this program, you only have access to a workout library, the logging of your meals, daily steps, and hydration meter. The App-only program DOES NOT include a personalized workout plan created, meal plan to help boost your progress, and supplement schedule for faster results. But you do still have access to discounted supplements as long as you maintain your payment subscription.
How do I know if the program is working for me?
Each week when you submit your progress photos, it will motivate you to keep on going. After each phase of training, you will receive a progress report where you can compare how you looked from day 1. As you keep on going in your training days, you will feel good and have the mental discipline to keep on going without wasting all the effort you made. It takes only 1 unhealthy meal choice to ruin all the hard work you put in so far.
