This program consists of 2 workouts in the morning and 2 workouts in the evening and is tailored with the method of planning out your diet, on a macro level, ensuring you have phases of training dedicated to each outcome needed to facilitate long-term success. To help you condition your body we will begin with general conditioning. Once your body has adapted to the intensity we'll transition to the phase of converting fat to muscle. You will also have guided recovery techniques during your rest days and the deload phase. Each phases of training is designed to transform your fats into muscle. Do not confuse this program to a weight loss program (you will NOT lose weight because this isn't a weight loss program), but a fat loss program. You will either gain or maintain weight since muscle is heavier than fat. When your fats turn to muscle you will feel stronger, energetic, agile, and healthier, while with weight loss you will not gain strength but only healthier. Choosing this program is a good fit for you if you are either looking to tone, if your are obese or overweight, and if you desire to make a transition to both be stronger, healthier, and seek confidence with your body.

This is my most comprehensive program available where we work together to help you reach your physique goals in the fastest possible time frame by building your body by adding value to be like temples that they are. Whether you are obese, overweight, toned, or have experience in training, this package is designed to push you to the limits and constantly challenge your muscles in new and different ways so that they are forced to adapt and grow. Why this program is called the advanced transformation program is because it utilizes a combined approach of holistic health, tactical fitness, and periodization. If you don't challenge your muscles with increasingly demanding stimuli, they will eventually adapt to the current level of stress and growth, and will stop altogether which puts you in the situation of being stuck and a hard-gainer. Do not quit when you think it's hard. It is made to be hard so that your muscles will adapt and grow. It is a requirement that you complete each day without a skipping a day or 2. Check-ins are required and posting of progress photos each week as well. No skipping a meal plan either! Supplements are optional but they are there when you need it to provide a guide and timeline on when to take them.
