Tactical Fat Loss Program

This program consists of 2 workouts in the morning and 2 workouts in the evening and is tailored with the method of planning out your diet, on a macro level, ensuring you have phases of training dedicated to each outcome needed to facilitate long-term success. To help you condition your body we will begin with general conditioning. Once your body has adapted to the intensity we'll transition to the phase of converting fat to muscle. You will also have guided recovery techniques during your rest days and the deload phase. Each phases of training is designed to transform your fats into muscle. Do not confuse this program to a weight loss program (you will NOT lose weight because this isn't a weight loss program), but a fat loss program. You will either gain or maintain weight since muscle is heavier than fat. When your fats turn to muscle you will feel stronger, energetic, agile, and healthier, while with weight loss you will not gain strength but only healthier.
